This character interested me in Senta's profile, so I wouldn't mind the challenge. Until I can work out at least one of the characters I've been planning though, I might not be able to do a good job with my attention being distracted.

If no one else takes interest after a few weeks, I'll try to see if I can put something together. The only thing I'll need is a name for him. Trying to come up with names really kills my creativity.

Since I just finished my second profile, I might shift my attention to trying to create this character. First I'll need one more bit of info, how old were they when they first met? If you'll allow me, I'll try to come up with their first encounter, run it by you, then proceed from there.

So, somewhere between 8-14 for Senta...At the peak of her delinquent years, eh? Just refreshed my memory by re-reading that section of her history, so I'm thinking of a chance encounter as she tried to escape one of her 'misadventures.'

This guy, he's supposed to be caring and gentlemanly; yet I think he must be somewhat rough around the edges. Should I make him be a co-conspirator to her actions, or someone who just failed to reform her? And why would he think letting her pilot a mobile suit would be a good gift? This would mean she'd have to show interest before the incident...How should I explain his mechanical skills?

I'm trying to picture Senta's responses and what could make her so attached to him.

Co conspirator sounds good. He could be rough if you want him to be really, just lesser and more lenient on things regarding Sen. We could make it so they'd already become extremily close and you could say reworking the suit is the peaked his pride so he wanted his closest friend to try it first? He could be crap at picking gifts for Senta to give it more reasoning. Add a bit more depth into it by saying he didn't try it out before he let Sen try it out and as a result, he didn't realize there was a fault in the joint he missed which may have caused her fall. For his mechanical abilities, anything can cause it really. 100% aspiration for it being 'cool' to be a mechanic (he was around for the first two wars so he could be a witness to the mechanical wonders) or even that someone close to him lost their lives due to faulty maintenance. *shrugs* Almost limitless that one.

As to things that may make her fall for him, it's a good thing you asked xD I didn't think about it before. My personal opinion would be that he's one of the few who don't back down due to her normal but rather loud voice thus he's more willing to be more intimate with her than many others of the 'gang' who're followers. She was practically the leader. Umm what else... she only turns delinquent after Darius leaves so I could even say she wanted to fill the gap Darius left in her. She had no family, and as much as Darius may have tried to find the best of guardians for her, there's no real solid assurance that she liked them or found a place in living with them. God... I just realized there are a number of holes in my profile I could add to and explain xD Hope that helps.

Think I might try and start writing something tonight. Looked at 'Behind the Name' and 'Behind the Surname' again, but I still can't find a good name. I was looking at Portugese/Spanish names and think Alves sounds like a good surname, but I still can't decide on a first name.

Not really. I was just looking for names that sounded cool when you say it together with the last name. Also was trying to find a name that a nickname could be derived. If Senta calls him by a nickname, I think it'll show their closeness better.
